To provide facilities, services and a technical environment to complement and promote the common interests of the Aerospace, Defence and Advanced Manufacturing industries in South Africa.

1). Basket of Incentives and Rebates – A unique set of incentives will be developed with identified strategic partners. These incentives will be used to attract potential investors (tenants) to CAV.

2). Cost of Operations – CAV shared services will reduce the cost of operations of potential investors (tenants) by virtue of the economies of scale and scope from procuring these services from a single provider. Shared services are, but not limited to:

The package of value propositions to investors/tenants are contingent upon a range of factors e.g. Investment size, socio-economic impact and government approvals.

WHAT WE OFFER

Build-to-Suit (Build-to-Lease)

Funding would be made available through the CAV shareholder, for the top structure. The full design, baseline cost estimates and project management of construction of the building on behalf of the CAV in accordance with the tenant’s requirements is done by the CAV Technical team. The tenant will in turn rent the completed facility from the CAV.
