2. Cancel the contract and claim any damages which the Centurion Aerospace Village may suffer by having to make favorable arrangements after such cancellations, and/or;
3. Impose a penalty as provided in the Tender Document, and/or;
4. Prohibit the organization or individual from future contracts with Centurion Aerospace Village (black listing);
